Training & Capacity Building :

Human resource development must be treated as a constant priority to ensure each individual or institution capable to deliver better performances and productivity level in every activity. In accordance with current reformation policy, the Government furthermore introduced a new approach in developing the country such as implementing Good Governance, Transparency, Gender Mainstreaming, Environmentally friendly, Participatory Planning, etc. In
response with this demand, Widya Graha Asana gives priority to deliver training & capacity building programs arranged with specific training modules involving the best tutor from local expert or expatriates.

Widya Graha Asana has been successfully undertaken projects such as capacity building for:
Government Staffs, Private Company, or Community to improve their capabilities and skills in philosophy, management or technical aspect.

Rural & Community Empowerment :

When economic & monetary crisis crashed Indonesia in1997, the Government and IMF arranged Social Safety Net Programs to protect poor & jobless people from the impact of the crisis and furthermore introduced a new
approach in developing the country which involving “grass root people” and NGO’s in the process of the development. Widya Graha Asana has been taken parts to both of those projects until recent, it proves the constant focus from the company to develop rural community and empowering people and local institutions as well“. Widya Graha Asana has been successfully undertaken projects like PDM-DKE, P3DT, PLKP-PKSPU, SPL-OECF Local Government and a lot of Study and Empowering Rural Community Projects in joint operations with many NGO’s throughout the country.

UWater Resources, Infrastructure,
U & Environmental Study :

We all understand that Water is the most important elements in our life,
so when we made engineering design related with water resources we always keeping in mind about preservation and conservation of that. In the design process, we are experienced that local people must be involved, well informed and must be empowered to take parts in the maintenance, usage, and conservation aspects of water resources and environment as well. ………. “. Our Engineers are made of highly motivated & experienced people, supporting with all equipment and data library they needs before they starting the process of Feasibility Study, Survey & Engineering Design.

Roads Development :

Widya Graha Asana’s Engineers & Experts have been admitted for their professionalism in Engineering Design to Developing Highways, Tollways, Artery
Roads, Connector Roads, Sub-Urban Roads and even strongly took parts in pioneering to develop roads network in remote rural areas / virgin areas throughout the Island of Indonesia.

Bridges Construction :

Widya Graha Asana’s Engineers & Experts have been admitted for their professionalism in Engineering Design of Bridge Construction from simple narrow
bridge for remote villagers to wide length bridge, and in the same spirit of company’s mission to develop Rural Area’s, we also strongly took parts in pioneering to develop bridge in remote rural areas / virgin areas / remote areas throughout the Island of Indonesia.

Survey, Mapping & Feasibility Study :

Feasibility Study, Survey, Mapping, Masterplan and Geographical Information Systems are very essential to provide accurate data and present condition for further Planning & Designing Process. Widya Graha Asana Surveyor’s and Expert’s all having a lot of experience to make survey in various site condition, from remote rural areas/virgin areas to heavy populated urban area to enable both clients and our expert’s to handle projects more effective and efficient“.

Construction, Electrical & Mechanical :

From Preliminary Design, Permission and Regulation Advice, Engineering Design, Supervision and Monitoring, Procurement, Test and Trial, Safety Certification, to Project Management all are available in house and all of it will be treated with high quality of engineering and expertise professionalism “.
